Refund policy

You could request a return or exchange of items within 14 days from the date of shipment, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, except for items with individual specifications (bespoke).

The exchange of a product of proper quality is carried out under the following conditions:

  • A receipt or a copy of it must be provided.
  • The product must have been purchased from the online store at https://damirli.com. If the purchase was made offline at a Damirli boutique, the return must be made at the same location.
  • At most 14 calendar days should have passed since the order was received.
  • You must have proof of payment for the product and delivery.
  • A receipt or a copy of it must be provided.
  • A return or exchange request form must be completed.

The exchange of a product of proper quality is subject to the following conditions:

  • The item has not been used (including for photo/video shoots) and has retained its original appearance.
  • The clothing has yet to be washed.
  • There are no stains, makeup, pet hair, perfume scents, or other marks on the clothing.
  • The label, sticker, tag, etc., must be intact. All labels, stickers, and tags must remain attached and not removed or cut off from the product.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Bespoke Orders and Refunds

In the case of a cancellation of a bespoke order, we refund 50% of the prepayment. According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumers' Rights,” goods made to individual specifications cannot be returned or exchanged if they meet the terms of the contract and have no defects. This also applies to bespoke suits tailored according to the client's specific measurements and preferences.
